Kirby Hays is the CEO & President of Hal Hays Construction and Cal Pacific Constructors. He represents the 3rd generation of Hays entrepreneurship and carries the same mantra as his father and grandfather: work ethic, client partnership, and delivery of quality work. He provides vision to his Leadership Team and assures HHCI’s continued outstanding project performance. An accomplished professional, Kirby delivered HHCI’s first LEED Gold facility and led the development of the firm’s transportation market. With over 1,500 projects successfully completed and new divisions starting up, Kirby continues to deliver impressive results across all HHCI business sectors.
