Star Milling Company of Perris is a fourth-generation, family-owned feed maker born from Olin Cramer’s egg farm and built across more than five decades by the Cramer family - Richard, Bill, and current president Paul. The company evolved from producing eggs into a broad portfolio of medication-free, high-quality feeds for companion animals, livestock, and aquaculture, with familiar brands – Ace Hi, Integrity, Kelley’s, Ultra Balance, and Simplicity Organics – and private-label manufacturing of custom formulations produced for other major brands.

Behind the scenes, steady reinvestment, and expansion over the years – an extruder added for the manufacturing of dog food, cat food, and commercial fish food; automated bagging and robotic palletizing; expanded storage and controls; and a second facility – has scaled capacity while holding fast to family standards of innovation, consistency, and high quality.

Today, Star Milling is doubling down on increasing its footprint in the premium pet food market, expanding private label manufacturing, and scaling new ventures, including growing a CNC machine shop into a standalone business focused on robotics, automation, and government contracts.
